Chris Elliott, The Scribe of Light, is a member of the Society of Authors and the Egypt Exploration Society, and helped to set up the latter’s original Web site.  He was a contributor to ‘Imhotep Today’ a volume on Egyptianising architecture in the series ‘Encounters With Ancient Egypt’ published by UCL Press, and began his tours and walks with an occasional Egyptian London Walk for the London Walks Company.  He appeared in the TV series ‘How London Was Built’ with Adam Hart-Davis, talking about Cleopatra’s Needle.  Watch the clip below.
